Pop of Thanks

Hello everyone,

This is another pattern piece that is either really easy to craft with or either causes me grief.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on Stampin' Up Real Red and Basic Black.  The sentiment is Verve Amazing Wishes stamped in Real Red on Whisper White.  The embellishments are TPC Studio Heartfelt Travel mini jewels.

I was kind of playing with red on the sentiment of this card.  I think I could have placed the jewels a little better but this works too.  Even though I used the 'sweet spot' for the sentiment and the busy paper pattern looks good, I'm still not crazy about the 'blank' space on the rest of the card.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Layered Sympathy

Hello everyone,

Today's post is of a very simple sympathy card.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on a brushed silver of unknown origin, Bazzill Basic and Stampin' Up Basic Black.  The sentiment is Inkadinkado stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Whisper White.

No extra sparkle or glitter on this sedate sympathy card.  It's all about layers and the printed paper.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Butterfly Flight

Hello everyone,

I think this is one of my favourites in this 'black and white' one sheet wonder series.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie.  The sentiment is Stampendous Special Messages stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Stampin' Up Whisper White and layered on Recollections foil.  The embellishments are Multicrafts A Brides Wish.

I love these wonderful butterfly embellishments.  It's almost like they were made for this paper!  I think this is a fantastic wedding or bridal shower card.  You could probably use it for a birthday card too as the sentiment would also lend itself for that type of card.  This is a great scrap card too as I just used leftover bits that were scatter on my workspace.  A favourite all the way around!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Birthday Beauty

Hello everyone,

As much as I could have done just wedding and anniversary cards with this one sheet wonder, I realized I did need to add some variety.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on Recollections black foil and Stampin' Up Real Red.  The sentiment is Close To My Heart and is highlighted with the Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The embellishments are Kaisercraft Basics Pearls.

This card is a little busier than others in this series.  I don't seem to have a lot of imagination when it comes to these little pieces in this one sheet wonder pattern.  When I crafted this card I actually forgot on of the squares, it wouldn't have fit really well on this small card anyway, so I glued it on this inside.  It is not something I do all than often but it looks great!

I hope yo enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

With Sympathy

Hello everyone,

While many cards in this series celebrate life, I couldn't do 'black and white' without crafting a few sympathy cards.  They are all simple yet sophisticated at the same time.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on Stampin' Up Basic Black.  The sentiment is Stampin' Up Thanks For Caring stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Bazzill Basics and layered on more Basic Black.  The embellishments are of unknown origin.

I think this is a great card even though there is only a hint of the Black Tie paper.  The rather square size of the sentiment fits perfectly with this particular pattern piece.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Red Ribbon Special

Hello everyone,

There are sixteen cards in this one sheet wonder and I'm already concerned that the post titles are just going to get more and more lame.  These 'black and white' cards were crafted with simplicity in mind as I really wanted to focus on this awesome paper.  I love the cards but it certainly makes post titles a challenge.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on Recollections Foil, Bazzill Basics, and Stampin' Up Real Red.  The sentiment is Stampendous Special Messages stamped in Versafine Onyx Black.  The ribbon is Michael's Special Value.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Licorice Opaques.

I love how the red just makes this one simple rectangle pop!  Even with the embellishments, I think this card is clean and simple.  It would be a great one for a husband to give to his wife.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Love Story

Hello everyone,

I think this is another card that would suit for either a wedding or an anniversary.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on Canford silver.  The sentiment is Verve Love Story stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Stampin' Up Whisper White.  The ribbons are Offray and Hobby Lobby Decorative Trim.  The embellishments are Glitterazzi Blingin' Blooms.

This is the one sheet wonder piece that goes either really easily for me or really terribly and I've no idea why.  In this case, the card just crafted itself.  With this piece, I decided to play up embellishments but didn't go too far as I didn't want to detract from these wonderful paisleys.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Because of You

Hello everyone,

Today I'm posting another wedding/anniversary card in this 'black and white' one sheet wonder series.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on Stampin' Up Real Red.  The vertical strip is more Real Red.  The sentiment is Gina K Because of You stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Whisper White.  The embellishments are TPC Studio Class Act mini jewels.

This is one of my most favourite sentiments ever!  You'll find a lot of wedding/anniversary cards in this series.  I felt that this paper really lent itself well to these types of cards.  Even though I'm calling this a 'black and white' series, I've added a lot of Real Red and silver to the mix because it just makes everything pop.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Splendid Simplicity

Hello everyone,

The next couple of weeks I'm posting a 'black and white' one sheet wonder series that I've crafted for the Fall card sale at the office.  I'm pretty pleased with this set of cards.

The printed paper is atd Black Tie layered on Stampin' Up Basic Black.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Everyday Sayings stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Whisper White and layered on Real Red.  The embellishments are TPC Studio Class Act mini jewels.

This is some of the most wonderful paper I've ever come across.  Notwithstanding the paisleys, it is extremely smooth paper with a lovely sheen.  This is the kind of paper that lends to really beautiful cards no matter what.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Soft And Sweet

Hello everyone,

Today's card is for the wife of one of my husband's colleagues.  I made his card for her at the end of June but couldn't post it until now to accomodate "Christmas In July" and all the posts I planned while on vacation.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Stampin' Up Crumb Cake and a pink paper of unknown origin on which I used a Heartfelt Creations Large Elegant Word stamp.  The senitment is Annabelle Stamps Square Posies stamped in Crumb Cake on Very Vanilla.  The ribbon is of unknown origin.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Mocha Opaques.

I wanted this card to be entirely different from the card she received from her husband.  This receipient is a wonderful and sweet soul and I'm so very happy she's a good friend.  She always appreciates my cards and I always love crafting them for her.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Pretty Pearls

Hello everyone,

I'm posting the last two cards in this one sheet wonder series.

The printed paper is of unknown origin.  The sentiment is Stampin' Up Curly Cute stamped in Rose Romance on Whisper White and layered on Close To My Heart Cotton Candy.  The embellishments are Pebbles Pearl Candy Dots.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Cotton Candy. The image is Gina K Botanicals stamped in Stampin' Up Rose Romance on Whisper White and layered on Cotton Candy.  The sentiment is Gina K Pleasant Pearls also stamped in Rose Romance on Whisper White and layered on Cotton Candy.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Pearl Opaques.

I really think these cards are beautiful.  It was a lot of fun to go crazy with the pearls.  I thought I'd go totally crazy with the diagonal layout.  It's rare for me to think of it which surprises me because I'm always so pleased with the results.

I hope you enjoy these cards and this series and come back to SPI again soon.

Great And Glorious

Hello everyone,

Today's pair of cards are as lovely as those that came before them.

The printed paper is of unknown origin.  The image is Annabelle Stamps Square Posies stamped in VersaMark on Stampin' Up Whisper White and heat embossed with white embossing powder.  The image is painted with LuminArte Bashful Blue, Buttercup, Fuzzy Peach and Summer Breeze Twinkling H2Os.  The image was layered on Close To My Heart Crystal Blue and Recollections.  The sentiment is Stampin' Up Sweet Essentials stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White.  The embellishments are Martha Stewart Pastel mini pearls.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Cotton Candy and Crystal Blue.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Thoughtful Messages stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White and layered on more Crystal Blue.  The embellishments are My Mind's Eye Lost & Found 3 "Ruby" enamel dots.

I love the contrast between the more complex first card and the simple second card.  I had so much fun painting the image.  It is so different than the other cards I've done in this series.  The second card is simple, I needed it after painting that image, and uses a tried and true layout.

I hope you enjoy these cards and come back to SPI again soon.

Bling And Pearls

Hello everyone,

Two more really girly one sheet wonder cards for you today.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Cotton Candy.  The sentiment is Stampin' Up Perfect Punches stamped in Rose Romance on Whisper White.  The embellishments are Stampin' Up Basic Jewel Rhinestones.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Crystal Blue.  The sentiment is Stampin' Up Perfect Punches stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White and layered on more Crystal Blue.  The border is EK Success Flower Burst Large Edger punched in Crystal Blue.  The embellishments are Queen & Co Pearls.

These are another two wonderful cards which are actually quite different from my normal.  I like them.  I wish on the first card I'd found a way to space the Cotton Candy strips more evenly and I may have overdone the rhinestones just a bit.  The second card is just a bit too fussy.  I really wanted to use the border punch.  I may have wanted to use it too much because it's a bit heavy for the paper.  The only saving grace, I left a lot of white space.

I hope you enjoy these cards and come back to SPI again soon.

Sweet Simplicity

Hello everyone,

These two cards are probably my favourites in this one sheet wonder series.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Stampin' Up Whisper White and Close To My Heart Crystal Blue. The Crystal Blue layer is textured with Sizzix Circle Circus texture pad and spritzed with Tattered Angles Dazzling Diamonds.  The sentiment is Impression Obsession stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White.  The embellishments are Crafts Pearl Halves.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Stampin' Up Whisper White and Close To My Heart Crystal Blue. The sentiment is Hero Arts Happy Birthday stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White.  The embellishment is Forever In Time 3-D Wing Lifters Stickers.

I love these beautiful cards.  They are both very simple with minimal embellishment and easy layouts.  They came together beautifully and I could repeat them over and over and over.

I hope you enjoy these cards and come back to SPI again soon.

Simple And Spectacular

Hello everyone,

Today's one sheet wondering pairing is a contrast between simplicity and sophisticated.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Stampin' Up Whisper White and Close To My Heart Crystal Blue. The sentiment is Gina K Framed Greetings stamped in Baja Breeze on Whisper White and layered on more Crystal Blue.  The embellishments are TPC Studio Heartfelt Travel jewels.

The printed paper is of unknown origin.  The butterflies, an EK Success punch and the circle, are Close To My Heart Cotton Candy and Crystal Blue.  The background images are Stampin' Up Circle Circus which are highlighted with Star Dust Stickles.  The sentiment is Gina K Block Greetings stamped in Rose Romance on Whisper White. The embellishments are Close To My Heart Bitty Sparkles.

These are two lovely cards for two entirely different reasons.  The first is beautiful for its simplicity.  Like one of the earlier cards is this series, all the white space really draws the eye to the simple focal element.  The second card is really busy but the coordinating colours and patterns makes this card really fun.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Beautiful Birthday Pair

Hello everyone,

Today's pair of birthday beauties were intend for the girly girls.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Crystal Blue and Cotton Candy. The flowers is an EK Success flower chain punched from Crystal Blue and Cotton Candy.  The sentiment is Sweet and Sassy  Birthday Greetings stamped in Stampin' Up Rose Romance on Whisper White. The embellishment is a Multicrafts brad.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Cotton Candy. The image is a Peel-Offs Elizabeth Crafts Design outline sticker coloured with Martha Stewart glitter markers.  The sentiment is Gina K Tag Lines stamped in Stampin' Up Rose Romance on Whisper White and layered on Cotton Candy.  The embellishments are also outline stickers.  The card is highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.

These are such pretty girl cards.  The first card doesn't have sparkle but that amazing flower packs a big punch (ha! ha!).  I love the sparkle on the second card.  This is the outline sticker that got me on the glitter card kick.  Thank goodness!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Perfectly Pretty Pair

Hello everyone,

I have the second pair in the latest one sheet wonder series for the Fall charity card sale at the office.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Crystal Blue.  The image is Stampin' Up Posy Punch stamped in Rose Romance on Whisper White.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Everyday Sayings also stamped in Rose Romance on Whisper White and layered on Cotton Candy and more Whisper White.  The embellishments are TPC Studio Christmas Cheer.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Cotton Candy and Crystal Blue.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Everyday Sayings stamped in Rose Romance on Whisper White. The embellishments are TPC Studio Christmas Cheer.

The first card is a do-over as I really didn't like the first attempt.  That large square and the pretty flower hide the oops!  I love the simplicity of the second card.  It has lots of white space which really makes the perfectly pretty focal point pop even more.

I hope you enjoy these cards and come back to SPI again soon.

Strikingly Simple Pair

Hello everyone,

I've eight days worth of a wonderful one sheet wonder for you.  These cards will be donated to the Fall charity card sale at the office.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Close To My Heart Cotton Candy.  The sentiments are Verve Treasured Words stamped in Stampin' Up Rose Romance on Whisper White and layered on more Cotton Candy.  The embellishments are Queen & Co Snowflake Rhinestones.

This printed paper was gifted to my by one of my cardmaking friends and I thought it would be a great one sheet wonder.  These two cards and wonderfully simple but very striking with the colours and gems.

I hope you enjoy these cards and come back to SPI again soon.

Anniversary Medallion

Hello everyone,

This is the last little bit of my gifted paper.  I would say that four beautiful card from one small sheet is not to bad at all.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Stampin' Up Bravo Burgundy.  The image is Stampin' Up Medallion stamped in Always Artichoke.  The sentiment is Waltzingmouse Say It With Style stamped in Bravo Burgundy on Very Vanilla.  The embellishments are Multicrafts Keepsakes Memories.

Like yesterday's card, there is nothing I don't love about this card.  This stamp, which I don't use as often as I could because it is so distinctive, works so well with this paper.  It is hard to get a really good impression with this extra large stamp.  I first cover the stamp with VersaMark before applying the ink because I find it helps with the impression.  In this particular case, because the paper is somewhat vintage, I didn't want a perfect impression.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Loving Promises

Hello everyone,

I was so pleased with yesterday's anniversary/wedding card that I decided to use another favourite sentiment on today's card.

The printed paper, of unknown origin, is layered on Stampin' Up Bravo Burgundy and Always Artichoke.  The bottom layer was stamped with Impression Obsession Small Flourishes in Always Artichoke and highlighted with Y&C gold Gel Extreme and Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The sentiment is Magenta.  The ribbon is Craft Smart.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Brown/Tan Sparkles.

I love everything about this card.  Enough said!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Because Of You

Hello everyone,

Today's card is the second using the beautiful 6X6 piece of paper that was gifted to me a few months ago.

The printed paper, of unknown origin, was layered on Stampin' Up Bravo Burgundy, Always Artichoke and Canford Gold.  The sentiment is Gina K Because of You stamped in Bravo Burgundy on Very Vanilla.  The ribbon is Ribbon Bowtique.  The embellishments are Mark Richards 3mm gold metal.

I love the sophisticated tapestry feel of this paper.  It is muted but the deep colours and gold shimmer are really appealing.  This is one of those sentiments that I never thought about before I bought it because it just spoke to me.  I suspect you'll get tired of seeing on my anniversary/wedding cards.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Creatively Classic

Hello everyone,

A few months back, a girlfriend gifted me with a wonderful 6X6 sheet of paper that just inspired me with the natural feel and depth of colour.  Given how pleased I was with last week's cards, I decided to see how many cards I could make from this one sheet of paper.

The printed paper is of unknown origin layered on Canford Gold, Stampin' Up Basic Black and textured Early Espresso.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Everyday Sayings stamped in Versafine Onyx Black on Very Vanilla.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Licorice Opaques.

This is a very different card for me.  It is very dark but given the gold, I don't find it drab.  I actually feel the colours are quite classical when combined.  This photo, doesn't do the card justice.  I had originally thought it would be a suitable sympathy card but that didn't seem appropriate once I added the two gold blocks.  This strip was at the edge of the paper and I thought it was the perfect width for this one strip using a layout that I always enjoy using.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Noted Birthday

Hello everyone,

Yesterday was my sister's birthday.  She is very musically inclined so this card was a joy to craft.

The printed papers are all of unknown origin.  The navy layer is Recollections.  The middle layer, is Stampin' Up Whisper White textured with Sizzix Sheet Music embossing folder and layered on more Recollections.  The sentiment is Verve Treasured Words stamped in Pacific Point on Whisper White and layered on Recollections.  The ribbon is Offray.  The embellishments are Making Memories eyelets and My Mind's Eye My Girl Enamel Dots.

My sister doesn't strike me as a particular 'orange and navy' woman but this colour combination just pops against the white.  I tried a number of different colours and none of them pleased my eye as much as these two.  I know, regardless of these colours, that she'll like this card because it was made just for her.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Pretty In Pink

Hello everyone,

This is the last card in the botanical series I've been working on lately.  This has been the most amazing set of cards to craft.  I don't remember ever being so inspired by a sheet of paper.

I found this paper online at http://www.franticstamper.com/

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweather Rose.  The bottom layer is K&Company Romanza Wild Roses Embossed Vellum layered on Stampin' Up White White.  The sentiment is Hero Arts Thoughtful Messages stamped in Crumb Cake on Very Vanilla and layered on Kraft.  The embellishments are K&Company SW Meadow Butterfly Grand Adhesions and Martha Stewart pastel mini pearls.

I attached Whisper White under this piece of velum because I liked how it looked on the card base.  I cut it just a bit smaller than the vellum so it would appear to have a darker border.  It turned out great and I can't wait to try it on another sheet of vellum.

It is hard to believe that these last eight cards were all crafted from the same piece of paper. I can't wait to find another sheet of paper that provides such similar inspiration.

I hope you enjoy this card and have enjoyed this series and come back to SPI again soon.

Marvelously Muted

Hello everyone,

I decided to take pastel just a little bit further and crafted a thing of beauty.

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweather Rose layered on Stampin' Up Kraft and a scrap of pink of unknown origin.  The image is Stampin' Up Serene Silhouettes stamped in Crumb Cake on Very Vanilla and coloured with Stampin' Up Pastels.  Once coloured, the image was sprayed with Vanilla Shimmer Smooch Spritz.  The sentiment is Serendipity stamped in Crumb Cake on Very Vanilla.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Mocha Opaques.

If yesterday's card was out of my normal, this one blows normal out of the water!  I don't ever remember crafting such a soft and pretty card.  It is striking in its softness.  I used a tissue to apply the pastels (which are really chalks) because I hate the applicators that came with the chalks and I wanted this to be very, very muted.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Naturally Neutral

Hello everyone,

The center of this sheet of paper is all boring beige.  I had to dig deep in the mojo to craft these cards, but I'm not a bit disappointed.

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweather Rose layered on Close To My Heart Bamboo.  The image is Hero Arts Exotic Bloom stamped with Tombow markers 098, 528, and 757, on Stampin' Up Very Vanilla and layered on more Bamboo.  The sentiment is Annabelle Stamps Square Posies stamped in Ranger Vintage Photo Distress Ink.  The ribbon is Michael's Special Value.  The embellishments are Crafts Pearl Halves.

I love the pop of colour on this image against all the neutral beige.  Even though the colours in the image are rather dark, by colouring the image before stamping, they come out rather muted.  This is still a rather soft and romantic type of card.  This is so not the type of card I usually craft.  It turned out so well, I pulled another out of my mojo for tomorrow's post.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Lovely Leftover

Hello everyone,

The past four posts were cards that used the main images of the beautiful of K&Company paper I stumbled across.  These next four posts are cards that use the leftover pieces.  They turned out as great as the previous cards and you'd be hard pressed to tell it's all the same patterned paper.

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweather Rose layered on Close To My Heart Ponderosa Pine.  The bottom layer is Stampin' Up Rose Red, dry embossed with Darice Corner Scroll embossing folder and painted with LuminArte Vavoom Red Twinkling H2Os.  The sentiment is Close To My Heart Joyful Birthday stamped in Always Artichoke on Very Vanilla and layered on more Ponderosa Pink.  The embellishments are Queen & Co Pearls.

This tiny scrap certainly packs a big punch of a card.  One of the reasons why this scrap works is that I was very careful when cutting the larger sheet.  I wanted to make the most of every piece and have none of this great paper be wasted.  This just has a bit of image but against the Rose Red background, it really pops!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Resplendid Roses

Hello everyone,

Another amazing botanical card today!

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweather Rose layered on Stampin' Up Rose Red and Close To My Heart Ponderosa Pine.  The sentiment is Verve Amazing Wishes stamped in Always Artichoke on Very Vanilla and layered on Bamboo.  The embellishments are Crafts Pearl Halves.

This is the last card with one of the more significant images on this piece of K&Company paper.  I really like these roses and this card turned out wonderfully but ... in hindsight, I could have placed the sentiment better and have the pearls go around the corners.  I'm also not certain about the colour of the pearls, they are a pinky shade of grey.  They don't detract from the overall card but I wish they would have been green instead of pink.  Whatever, this card is still just great!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Incredible Iris

Hello everyone,

Card number three in this incredible botanical series.

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweather Rose layered on Close To My Heart Twilight and Bamboo.  The image is Close To My Heart A Flitter stamped in VersaMark and heat embossed with Close To My Heart gold embossing powder.  The sentiment is Annabelle Stamps Square Posies stamped in Twilight.  The embellishments are Mark Richards 3mm gold metals.

Another amazing card!  This was so very, very easy.  I can't believe how incredible these cards are turning out!  A bit of coordinating paper, a great image, a little bit of gold embossing, and a few pearls.  It really doesn't get much better!

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Gorgeous Garden

Hello everyone,

Today's post, the second in this botanical series, uses another corner of this wonderful sheet of botanical paper.

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweather Rose, layered on Stampin' Up Rose Red and Close To My Heart Ponderosa Pine.  The sentiment is Annabelle Stamps Sentimental Bluebells, stamped in Ranger Vintage Photo Distress Ink on Very Vanilla, and layered on Ponderosa Pine.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Mocha Opaques.

This cards looks way more difficult than it was to craft.  A sheet of gorgeous paper, layered and a great sentiment.  It would have been even easier if I hadn't layered the sentiment.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.

Beautiful Botanical

Hello everyone,

A number of months back I found some pretty spectacular botanical paper online.  One particular 12X12 sheet was particularly striking.  It's turned out to be a One Sheet Wonder utterly dictated by the papaer, not a particular template.

The printed paper is K&Company Merryweater Rose, layered on Close To My Heart Twilight, Sweet Leaft and Ponderosa Pine.  The image is Close To My Heart Quick Cards Butterfly stamped in Twilight, on Stampin' Up Very Vanilla, and layered on more Twilight.  The image is highlighted with Sakura Clear Star Gelly Roll pen.  The embellishments are Close To My Heart Mocha Opaques.

I just love the cards that have come out of this one sheet of awesome paper!  While they still have the look of my usual cards, the feeling is very botanical, something I don't do all that often.  I have to say, in my mind, these are some of the most beautiful cards I've ever crafted.

I hope you enjoy this card and come back to SPI again soon.
